Neal Davis is an Award Winning Professional Homebuilder with over 20 years of building experience. He is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, The Homebuilders Association of Georgia & The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. He served as the 2012 President of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and is a Life Director of that Association. Neal was President of the Homebuilders Association of Georgia in 2016 and remains a senior officer of the Association.
Neal worked with the Georgia Secretary of State's Office in the development of the Georgia State contractor's examination. Neal has worked with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs reviewing the 2012 International Residential Code, that is now in effect in Georgia, and most recently has served the Department of Community Affairs by reviewing the 2015 National Energy Code and the 2018 International Residential Code.
Neal is the recipient of many distinguished building industry awards.
Neal graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science. He is a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and is a combat veteran.
Neal has been married for over 20 years and has one daughter. He and his family live in Newnan, Georgia.
